A uniform without a name is a uniform without accountability. When personnel hide their names, protestors who are beaten, detained or abused have no way to identify who did it.

Your photo closes that gap. Each image of an unidentified officer is a documented breach that the force's leadership must answer for.

What to capture

  • Shoulder rank insignia and unit or battalion badges
  • Helmet numbers, shield numbers, vehicle number plates
  • A landmark in the frame, to show the location
  • For videos: keep recording and capture the surroundings, not only the incident
